We (Dualite Technology Pvt. Ltd., or "Dualite") are deeply concerned about your privacy and we take this concern very seriously. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") sets out how we collect, process, use and may disclose your data when you use our product called Alpha ("Dualite Alpha"). The Dualite Alpha is referred to as the "Platform". References to "we", "our" or "us" or the "Company" shall mean the Platform and/or Dualite Technology Private Limited, which has its registered office at 29-1, Kewal Raj Singhvi Marg, Light Industrial Area, Jodhpur, Rajasthan,342003.
The Dualite Alpha is a software application developed by Dualite to enhance, automate, or augment various design and frontend development processes. Dualite Alpha is designed to facilitate tasks such as user interface and frontend automation, import designs, deployment, integration with APIs, downloading the code and other related functions. Dualite Alpha utilises Artificial Intelligence based Large Language Model “ Claude Sonnet 3.7” created by Anthropic PBC (AI integration) for these automations. When a user provides the AI integration in Alpha with specific instructions or input, it is referred to as prompt.
Alpha is made available to users when they sign up and click on “Join the waitlist” at https://www.dualite.dev/signup and they are provided with an access link on their mail through which they can access the product.
Please note that for the purposes of our Privacy Policy and our Terms, any references to "you", "your" or "user" shall mean any natural person aged 18 years or above who is competent/capable of contracting within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 using our Platform. If you are a minor over the age of 13 years and under the age of 18 years, your parent or guardian must agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy on your behalf. Please ask your parent or guardian to read these Terms and Privacy Policy with you, since they constitute an agreement between your legal guardian or parent and us, and to the extent permissible under applicable laws, enforceable against you. Any persons under the age of 18 years should seek the consent of their parents/legal guardians before providing any information about themselves and before accessing or using the Applications/Websites/Services.
We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is a part of and is to be read with the Dualite Terms of Use ("Terms"). By using this Platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. You also consent to our use and disclosure of your Personal Information (as defined below) in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. The capitalized words used in this Privacy Policy but not defined herein shall have the meaning given to such words in the Terms. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, please do not use this Platform.
In all cases, you agree that that no separate act is required to make the Terms or the Privacy Policy binding on you, and that your act of visiting/accessing/using any part of the Chatbot/Website/Services (with the consent of your parent/legal guardian if you are under 18 years) constitutes your full and final acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Terms.

We also facilitate integration when you use the Platform with Figma, Claude and GitHub through an encrypted oAuth manner, through which they take the meta data from your codebase and your designs metadata, subject to their respective guidelines and privacy policy

Tokens are the smallest individual units of a language model, and can correspond to words, subwords, characters, or even bytes (in the case of Unicode). For Claude, the AI integration we’re using a token approximately represents 3.5 English characters, though the exact number can vary depending on the language used.
When a user prompts through our AI integration, that data directly bypasses us and is stored in Claude Sonnet 3.7 servers. You can refer more on this at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy
We do not store any other usage data and it stays only stays at the user’s web browser’s “index database”
B. HOW AND WHY IS THE COLLECTED DATA USED
We collect and store the information provided by you from time to time to ensure that we organise our Platform in a manner that is most suitable for you, with features and tools most likely to meet your need, and:
To personalize your experience — your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
To improve our Platform — we continually strive to improve our site offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
To improve customer service — your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.
To send periodic emails — The email address you provide may be used to send you information, notifications that you request about changes to topics or in response to your user name, and respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
To facilitate communication and to notify you about changes to the Platform, including this Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and provision of user support;
To verify your identity so as to enforce our terms, conditions, and policies and any of our rights, or the rights of our affiliate companies, or other users of the Platform. The data collected by us helps us better understand how you use and access the Platform and to improve and deliver the optimal user experience on the Platform;
To develop new services and improve the existing services and the Platform and integrate user feedback and requests;
To administer the Platform and for internal operations and legal compliance, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, security, fraud-detection, account management, and survey purposes in accordance with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service;
To pseudonymise and aggregate your information, including Personal Information, for conducting user demographic analysis on items such as region, phone model, operating system platform, system language, and the Platform version in order to better understand how our users are using Platform;
C. HOW DO WE SHARE THE COLLECTED INFORMATION?
Please note that while none of your data is sold, it is shared with third parties on an aggregate and pseudonymised scale if we have permission or are required by law to do so. This data is shared for processing of information and ensuring your optimal experience with IDA

If Dualite or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us about our users and customers will be one of the transferred assets. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization or sale of assets such that your information would be transferred or become subject to a different Privacy Policy, we will notify you in advance so you can opt out of any such new policy by deleting your account before transfer.
D. DATA SECURITY PRACTICES
We have in place appropriate technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to secure the information collected by us and to protect the data we collect against accidental or unlawful destruction and loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, particularly where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against other unlawful forms of processing.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a username and password which enables you to access the Platform, you are responsible for keeping these details confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the “Contacting Us” section below. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Our dashboard system is hosted through a setup by Cloudflare Inc., a cloud platform company that has their servers located throughout the globe (headquartered at 6 Place de la Madeleine. 75008 Paris. San Francisco) on their servers located in India and abroad. F. DATA RETENTION
We’ll hold on to your information for as long as you have a Dualite account, or for as long as is needed to be able to provide the services to you, or in the case of any contact you may have with our Customer Care team, for as long as is necessary to provide this necessary support.
Where we process personal data for our Affiliates and other purposes as written out above or with your consent, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests). We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data so that we can respect your request in future.
For any content where we entertain your request for deletion, there is a possibility that copies of any public content (and not automatically collected information) will be retained indefinitely in our systems, including in cached and archived systems and pages of the Platform, or if other users have copied or saved that information. In addition, due to the nature of the Internet, copies of your content, including content that you have removed or deleted from your account, may also exist elsewhere on the Internet and be retained indefinitely.
We do not retain your personal data or Sensitive Personal Information (defined below in this paragraph) for longer than is required for the purposes for which the information may be lawfully used. "Sensitive Personal Information" shall mean passwords and any other information that is classified as sensitive under Section 3 of the Rules.
If reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions, we may also keep hold of some of your information as required, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide the services to you.
G. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Dualite may periodically update this Privacy Policy. All amendments will be reflected in an updated version of this Privacy Policy on our website. Whenever we make any changes to this Privacy Policy that are important for you to know about, we will post the updated Privacy Policy here and will email you as well.Your continued use of our website after any modification to this Privacy Policy shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy. Please take the time to periodically review this Policy for the latest information on our privacy practices.
H. CONTACTING US
We may from time to time send you service-related announcements when we consider it necessary to do so (such as when we temporarily suspend the Platform for maintenance, or security, privacy, or administrative-related communications). We send these to you via SMS and/or email and/or WhatsApp. It is essential for us to provide you with these service-related announcements, which are not promotional in nature and are used solely to protect your account and keep you informed of important changes to the Platform.
