How does Dualite pricing work?
Our pricing is based on the number of designs converted, i.e, the number of times you select a Figma design and click on “Convert to Code” for Dualite to run it.
In our Free plan, you can convert upto 5 designs that you can convert to code, whereas in Pro, you get unlimited designs.
Where are my invoices located?
All your invoices are available under your billing page in the dashboard.
Can I change plans after I purchase?
Sure, go to your settings, choose plan and billing, and change your plan. You will only be billed the difference between the plans.
How will I be charged?
Dualite subscriptions renew automatically. Monthly plans are billed every month on the day it was purchased.
Annual plans are billed a year from the purchase date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We support payments through credit cards.
Can I cancel my plans anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time and use your plan's features until the end of the billing cycle.
What happens if I stop paying?
You will be automatically downgraded to the free plan. You would not be able to convert any furthermore design
What is your return policy?
No money-back refund policy.
